When we advise sellers: we add value by finding buyers, establishing the seller’s credibility, limiting distractions to our client, managing the sale process, and negotiating the deal.

When we advise buyers: we review the acquisition strategy; value the target company; perform due diligence on the target company; project the post-acquisition financial performance of the acquisition candidate; perform accretion/dilution analysis; and assist the buyer in the preparation of a bid.
